Most Reverend Peter A. Libasci, Bishop of Manchester, and priests in the Diocese of Manchester gathered for the annual blessing of the oils at the 2020 Chrism Mass, which was originally postponed during Holy Week due to the COVID-19 emergency.
This year the Chrism Mass was not open to the general public, nor to the representatives from each parish who typically receive the Blessed Oils.
Instead, the faithful were able to pray with along virtually as the Mass was livestreamed at www.stjosephcathedralnh.org.
