Meet the Team

David ThibeaultDave Thibault, Superintendent
Dave Thibault has served as a teacher and administrator in both public and Catholic schools.  He previously served as the Executive Director of Camps Fatima and Bernadette and is a Catholic school parent.  As superintendent, he leads the mission, vision and strategic action for the twenty-one schools in the Diocese.  A resident of Manchester, NH,  Dave enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and nine children.

Having served the Diocese of Manchester for many years in advisory and consulting capacities, Steve provides leadership and support for the strategic and operational initiatives of our Catholic Schools, particularly as they relate to finance, personnel, operations, facilities, and school vitality. Additionally, he works with key stakeholders to create financial stability and implement best practices in daily school procedures. Steve’s background includes over twenty-three years in senior management roles in the financial services industry as well as twelve years as a business owner in the real estate development and project consulting arena. A life-long resident of NH, he resides in Bow and enjoys golf, cooking, investment research, wine collecting and travel.

As the Director of Marketing, Enrollment, and Development, Alison serves as a resource for all twenty-one diocesan Catholic schools in the areas of marketing, and all facets of the enrollment process. Additionally, Alison is responsible for the marketing of the New Hampshire Catholic schools on a state-wide level. Educated in Catholic schools, Alison obtained her bachelor’s degree from Saint Anselm College and her M.B.A. from Champlain College. She also holds a certificate in Marketing Strategy from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

Sister Mary Rose earned her Bachelor of Arts in English, and a Master of Science in Education, with a concentration in English, from Eastern Connecticut State University, and a Master’s Degree in Theology, with a concentration in Moral Theology, from Holy Apostles College and Seminary. She also graduated from the Cenacle School of Spiritual Direction and is a certified spiritual director. Additionally, Sister Mary Rose holds certifications in Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Levels 1-3, Theology of the Body from the Theology of the Body Institute, General Special Education and English 5-12. She has published several books including: How Our Father Heals the Family, Key to the Wine Cellar, and the four books that make up the Take Your Part series (the Scriptures in character parts).

In her role, Sister Mary Rose collaborates with the Catholic Schools Office, Cabinet Secretaries, and Directors on projects and initiatives that support the Bishop’s vision for the diocese and in particular the vision for Catholic schools. She works with our schools to implement Pre-K-12 Theology standards and integrated faith standards across all content areas. Her work includes reviewing current Theology standards and approved curriculum materials, providing school-based professional development connected to the curriculum framework and integration of the Catholic faith into the curriculum, and the implementation of Theology of the Body in grades K-12 in all Diocesan and Parish schools. Sister Mary Rose partners with the Cabrini Institute staff to plan in-service programs for school personnel in the areas of spiritual and professional development and formation.

Nancy Provencher, Executive Assistant to the Catholic Schools Office
Nancy Provencher joined the Catholic Schools Office in January of 2018 as the Executive Assistant. Nancy will provide administrative support to the Superintendent of Catholic Schools. Nancy comes to the Diocese after spending 7 ½ years with Catholic Charities New Hampshire serving as Administrative Services Supervisor. In her spare time Nancy likes to spend time with family, and enjoys cooking and quilting.
