Meet the Team
Dave Thibault, Superintendent
Dave Thibault has served as a teacher and administrator in both public and Catholic schools. He previously served as the Executive Director of Camps Fatima and Bernadette and is a Catholic school parent. As superintendent, he leads the mission, vision and strategic action for the twenty-one schools in the Diocese. A resident of Newport, NH, Dave enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and nine children.
Ronald Fussell, Ed.D., Associate Superintendent
A New Hampshire native and product of Catholic education, Dr. Ronald Fussell is responsible for Catholic school curricula, professional development, assessment, and leadership development for the twenty-one diocesan Catholic schools in the State of New Hampshire. Dr. Fussell is deeply committed to the education project of the Catholic Church, and presents regionally and nationally on topics related to Catholic school identity, lay educator faith formation, and Catholic school leadership development. Dr. Fussell lives in Manchester with his wife, Tina, and his two sons Justin and Chase (both of whom attend Catholic school).
Alison Mueller, M.B.A., Director of Enrollment Management
As the Director of Enrollment Management, Alison serves as a resource for all twenty-one diocesan Catholic schools in the areas of marketing, and all facets of the enrollment process. Additionally, Alison is responsible for the marketing of the New Hampshire Catholic schools on a state-wide level. Educated in Catholic schools, Alison obtained her bachelor’s degree from Saint Anselm College and her M.B.A. from Champlain College. She also holds a certificate in Marketing Strategy from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. Alison lives in Windham with her husband and two children.
Beth Squeglia, Executive Assistant to the Superintendent
Beth is responsible for the day to day operations of the Catholic Schools Office. She assists school staff with various needs and is the SEVIS official (for international students) for the NH Catholic Schools. In Addition, Beth plans all special events. Beth lives in Bedford with her husband. When not working, Beth enjoys spending time in the Caribbean islands.
