Donation Recorder

The Diocese of Manchester is seeking a part-time Donation Recorder. This is a part-time position. Hours are flexible but must be constant and consistent each week and within normal business hours. Tuesdays in-office are required; any other day can be remote. The responsibilities for this position include accurate data entry of donations and constituents, receiving scanned documents and review for entry into Raiser’s Edge database, and accurately and efficiently entering all information into database, and reconciling information to ensure accuracy.

Executive Director of Camping Services

Diocesan Bookkeeper – Part Time
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

The Diocese of Manchester is seeking a part-time Multi- Parish and School Bookkeeper to perform bookkeeping services for several diocesan locations. This position will support the Director of School and Parish Services by providing bookkeeping services including receivables, payables, expense reimbursements and payroll services to multiple locations throughout the Diocese. Qualified candidates for this position will have a Bachelor degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience, 3 to 5 years’ experience as a bookkeeper or accountant or equivalent experience, preferably in a school setting. Experience in the use of QuickBooks, ConnectNow and other financial/payroll software.

Diocesan Director of Parish Faith Formation
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

The Diocese of Manchester is currently seeking to fill the role of Diocesan Director of Parish Faith Formation. This position provides leadership and is responsible for the ongoing development and support of programs and services for Parish Faith Formation, Grades 1-12, including comprehensive youth ministry, Sacramental Formation for First Reconciliation and Penance, Confirmation and First Communion, and serves as resource person to the Catholic School office regarding the teaching of the Catholic Faith. Totus Tuus Missionary
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

The Diocese of Manchester is seeking missionaries for the Totus Tuus program this summer. Totus Tuus calls upon college students and seminarians from across the United States and Canada to carry out the mission of Totus Tuus:

“To inspire in young people a true longing for holiness, a deep desire for daily conversion and openness to their vocation by the constant challenge to give themselves entirely to Christ through Mary and by continually strengthening their prayer lives in imitation of Her.”

Missionaries will travel throughout the state of New Hampshire working with parishes to conduct engaging and interactive sessions for elementary through high school aged students.

Missionaries will be paid a stipend for the summer and food and lodging will be provided for training as well as the weeks of missionary work. Candidates for these positions must be available from June 4, 2024 through August 2nd, 2024. Missionaries will have the week of 4th of July off.

Candidates must be available for all weeks of missionary work including training.

Engaged Couples Course Facilitator / Facilitator Couple
Diocese of Manchester – Family Life Ministries

The Diocese of Manchester is seeking part time Facilitator Couples for our Diocesan Engaged Couple Courses, which occur remotely and in-person. Facilitator Couples will: (a) be a part of a team of committed Catholic couples; (b) offer enriching presentations from personal experience living the Sacrament of Matrimony and Ascension Press’ Joy-Filled Marriage program; (c) communicate regularly with the Director of Family & Respect Life; (d) collaborate with other couples on the diocesan Engaged Couple Formation Team; (e) adhere to a schedule for the engaged couple courses, and (f) guide and support engaged couples through the marriage formation process. Remote courses are offered for 5 weekday evenings (7-8:30pm); in-person courses are offered Friday evening (6-9pm) through Saturday (8am-5:30pm, including Mass). Training will be offered for this position.

Organist and Music Director (part-time)
St. Peter Parish, Auburn, NH

St. Peter Parish, Auburn, NH seeking a candidate for our part-time organist and music director. The candidate would be responsible for playing the organ, planning music, scheduling and directing cantors for the 4 pm Saturday Mass and the Sunday, 8 am Mass. Playing the organ at various feast days and solemnities throughout the year, including but limited to Christmas, the Triduum and Easter as well as other liturgical events in the parish, i.e., funerals, weddings, Confirmations/First Holy Communion. In addition, this candidate would be instrumental in creating and developing a choir for the parish.

The candidate should possess sufficient background in playing the organ with between 6 months to 2 years in some experience of a church music program. Having an understanding in sacred music and the liturgy of the Roman Catholic Church is extremely important. A willingness to work with volunteer musicians and vocalists is necessary. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills is highly valued.

The candidates must be those whose Christian life, morals and fidelity to the Church's Magisterium recommend them.

St. Peter Parish Catholic Church is located in Auburn, NH. It serves approximately 700 households for the towns of Auburn, Candia, some parts of Manchester, Derry, Hooksett along with Chester, Deerfield and Raymond. We are located just off Route 101 at exit 1.

St. Mary Parish in Claremont is seeking to onboard a Director for a proposed parish child care center. The individual would be involved in the early stages of the decision-making process prior to opening and engaged directly and enthusiastically in the start-up of the center.
