Parish and School Development Manager
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

The Diocese of Manchester NH is looking for a Parish and School Development Manager to provide support and management of parish and school development activities to ensure their financial success. This position is responsible for assisting parishes and schools with development goals, strategies and implementation as well as technical assistance for capital campaigns, increased offertory programs, annual funds, special events and other individual parish and school development needs.  

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications/Marketing, English or related field; five plus years related work experience, a working knowledge of the Catholic Church, structures, and Church fundraising mechanisms is helpful, ability to manage projects with varied stakeholders across multiple offices, excellent ability to organize and coordinate activities with attention to detail, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to professionally represent the diocese at parish, school, and community meetings

Project Manager
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

The Diocese of Manchester NH is looking for a full time Project Manager to assume responsibility and provide leadership for launching, scheduling, tracking and managing key projects as assigned by the Director of Operations and Administration. This position works closely with project teams, sponsors and appropriate cabinet secretaries to establish and manage project scope, budget, deliverables and issue resolution. 

Minimum qualifications include at least one-year experience in project management or equivalent, strong time management, analytical and organizational skills, ability to develop and manage budget and project financials, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with demonstrated skills in oral and written communication.

Communications Coordinator
Christ the King Parish, Concord, NH

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Evangelization and Mission to develop and coordinate a comprehensive communications strategy that brings the message of the Gospel to our community. They will manage communications for the parish and parish-sponsored ministries both internally (within the parish) and externally (to the greater community), keeping all communications in line with parish vision and mission. Along with some administrative work, the position will coordinate all media of communications, as well as manage internal communications between staff and ministry leaders.

This is a full-time position. We can be flexible with schedule. Must be a practicing Catholic. We would prefer someone from within the community, who has experience in communications, branding, graphic design, and has excellent writing skills. Director of Music
Parish of the Resurrection, Nashua, NH

The Parish of the Resurrection in Nashua, NH is currently accepting resumes for the position of Director of Music at our parish. We are looking for someone who is committed to Christ and the Church in their lives, has the skills and means to direct the music program, to direct choirs in the parish, and who is open to serving the parish community.

The requirements are as follows: Can plan the organ, piano and/or keyboard; is familiar with Catholic liturgical rites and practices; is open to working with a dedicated group of volunteer choir members; who can direct and instruct cantors; who can work with the parish staff and other ministers and ministries of the parish; can organize and plan weekly music for the parish; and can schedule cantors and musicians for the weekend and holy day liturgies. The director also ordinarily leads the music and choir at the Sunday 10:30 am Mass, serves at weddings and funerals, and fills in when other music ministers are unavailable at the weekend liturgies.

Parish Office Receptionist/Assistant

St. Anne-St. Augustin Parish in Manchester is seeking a part-time receptionist/office assistant. The position will be 3 days per week; 15 hours to start with the possibility of more hours. Youth and Young Adult Events Coordinator

The Diocese of Manchester Office of Catholic Formation has a part-time opening for a Youth and Young Adult Events Coordinator. This position supports diocesan Comprehensive Youth Ministry and Young Adult programming by providing diocesan-wide and regional gatherings for youth and young adults. We need someone to organize, coordinate and oversee all aspects of development, implementation and evaluation of diocesan youth events, i.e., theme, vetting of speakers, communication, adult volunteers, teen leaders, child safety training, background screening, finances, sponsors, vendors, priests, liturgical celebrations, e.g., prayer, Sacrament of Reconciliation and Penance, Eucharist (Mass). Parish Secretary
All Saints Parish, Charlestown, NH

All Saints Parish in Charlestown has a part-time (20 hrs per week) opening for a Parish Secretary. Job duties include: receptionist responsibilities such as greeting visitors, answering the telephone and directing calls and taking messages and responding to email inquiries. General office responsibilities such as preparing the weekly parish bulletin, ordering parish and church supplies, assisting the Pastor with scheduling Masses and parish hall activities, distributing Parish keys as necessary. Contacting the Pastor, organist, singer, altar server, and family members when needed to communicate funeral Mass arrangements. Schedule the various parish ministers, schedule parish devotions and special religious activities. General office experience helpful. Catholic applicants preferred.
