Director of Cemetery Operations
Diocese of Manchester, NH

The Diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire is looking for a Director of Cemetery Operations. This position is accountable to the Bishop of Manchester, and is supervised by the Finance Officer/Secretary for Temporalities. This major focus of the position is on actively working with the cemeteries within the Diocese to improve operational efficiencies and to build financial stability. This position will lead cemetery management by developing and implementing long range strategic plans as well as develop, standardize, and implement best practice procedures across all cemeteries. Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years related business experience and be a fully initiated Catholic in the communion of the Catholic Church. Coordinator of Youth Ministry and Family Faith Formation
Christ the King Parish, Concord, NH

Christ the King Parish in Concord, NH is looking for a full-time Coordinator of Youth Ministry and Family Faith Formation. Our parish is embracing the challenge of the New Evangelization to form missionary disciples of Christ. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about their faith, knowledgeable of Church teaching and excited to share that teaching with others. Our emphasis as a parish is on life-long formation of faith. As such, our programs support the parents as the first teachers of faith in the home, including a Whole Community model of catechesis. The Coordinator of Family Faith Formation, working closely with the Director of Evangelization and Mission, would work with catechists to develop lesson plans that help the whole family to grow in love and knowledge of Jesus. The position also includes creating a high school youth ministry with strong youth leadership and community support. Candidate should be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church. A degree, certification or past experience desirable. Compensation would be commensurate with experience. The Diocese of Manchester is currently seeking a highly-qualified, visionary leader to serve as its Associate Superintendent of Catholic Schools. The Associate Superintendent of Catholic Schools supports and sustains an educational program imbued with Gospel values and committed to academic excellence. In addition to managerial responsibilities (teacher certification, diocesan curriculum standard development, principal evaluation, and standardized testing) the Associate Superintendent will be a key stakeholder in guiding teacher professional growth, leadership development, and school improvement plans. The ideal candidate will be an inspirational, passionate advocate for Catholic education, demonstrate an authentic commitment to the various dimensions of Catholic school identity, and an awareness of the unique challenges of Catholic school leadership amid a changing educational landscape. Candidates for the position must possess a minimum of a master’s degree in educational administration but a Ph.D. or an Ed.D. is preferred. The ideal candidate will be certified or capable of acquiring certification from the NH Department of Education within a reasonable time frame. Candidates must have at least three to five years of successful experience as a principal or central office administrator, preferably in a Catholic school system, and must be an active member of a parish or faith community in good standing with the Roman Catholic Church.

Faith Formation Evangelization Coordinator
St. Aloysius of Gonzaga Parish, Nashua, NH

This is a part-time (28 hrs per week) opportunity to work with parish faith formation and evangelization programs including organizing religious education materials, registration/paperwork and planning of yearly calendar for students in Grades 1 through 5. Applicants must have strong knowledge of the Catholic faith, excellent bilingual (Spanish/English) verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead and implement a program in a creative and inspiring way. Applicant will also provide administrative support in the parish office, answering questions about paperwork and procedures for receiving sacraments, bulletin editing, and assisting with organizing volunteer manpower for liturgical events and fundraising activities which promote parish mission and objectives.
