Part-Time – Pastoral Minister
Saints Mary and Joseph Parish, Salem, NH

Saints Mary and Joseph Parish is in need of a part-time Pastoral Minister. Listed below are the general duties which include but not limited to:

Lead High School Youth Group; Coordinate Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA); Assist in Faith Formation; Coordinate Safe Environment Program ensuring all employees and volunteers have completed Diocesan Safe Environment requirements in a timely manner/maintain files and participate in audits when required; participate in weekly staff meetings, etc. Candidates should be willing to work nights and weekends to support parish activities and programs. This position is approximately 20 hours per week. Candidates should have excellent communication skills as well as strong computer skills. Part-Time – Pastoral Coordinator
Saints Mary and Joseph Parish, Salem, NH

We are currently seeking a part-time Pastoral Coordinator to work for 20 hours per week, handling Liturgy of the Word for Children, Scheduling /Intake for Baptisms; prepare for baptism class/prepare certificates; Coordinate Coffee and Donuts at the 9:30 Mass and 11:00 Mass at MQP; Find EM’s to bring Communion when there is a need; Assist in Faith Formation; Coordinate Stations of the Cross and offer Soup all Wednesdays of Lent; Coordinate the Giving Tree at Christmas and Our Family to Family meal distribution at Thanksgiving and Easter; Coordinate Harvest Fest; Coordinate fundraising events; participate in weekly staff meetings, etc. Candidates should be willing to work nights and weekends to support parish activities and programs. Part-Time Administrative Assistant
St. Aloysius Parish, Nashua, NH

We are currently seeking a part-time administrative assistant to work in the parish office, 26 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, handling all incoming calls and walk-in inquiries regarding parish programs, sacramental and Mass requests, as well as scheduling appointments. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken as well as strong computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word/Excel/Outlook and Publisher). Candidates must be practicing Catholics who would be willing to work occasional night and weekends to support parish activities and programs. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) a plus. Part-Time – Office Secretary 
St. Matthew Parish, Windham, NH

St. Matthew’s is in need of a part-time Office Secretary. Listed below are the general clerical duties include but not limited to:

Answering phones / greeting visitors
Providing clerical support to Parish staff as directed by the Pastor
Booking activities in the Parish Function Book as requested
Preparing mail daily; sort received mail
Typing, copying, filing, faxing, e-mailing, etc.
Maintaining Parish registers; Baptismal, Death, Marriage, First Communion, Confirmation by recording all Sacraments in a timely fashion
Maintaining Parish Family Database through LOGOS
Preparing and transmitting via e-mail the Sunday bulletin each week through Publisher program
Spiritual Bouquets (Mass Cards) scheduled and prepared on request
Scheduling of Liturgical Calendar for the pastor/staff
Ordering and keep stock of office supplies continuously
Scheduling /Intake for Baptisms; prepare for baptism class/prepare certificates
Scheduling/Intake for Funerals
Preparing Correspondence for committee and council mailings, etc.
Participating in bi-monthly staff meetings
Maintain Parish Website: calendar of events, updates, changes, and mobile app
Coordinate Safe Environment Program ensuring all employees and volunteers have completed Diocesan Safe Environment requirements in a timely manner/maintain files and participate in audits when required.

Executive Director of Camping Services, Diocese of Manchester
Camp Fatima, Gilmanton Iron Works, NH
Camp Bernadette, Wolfeboro, NH

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Manchester, NH established Camp Fatima for Boys in 1949 and Camp Bernadette for Girls in 1953 to help campers grow in faith, learn new skills, gain confidence, build positive relationships, and take home memories that last a lifetime. The Camp Board of Directors currently seeks qualified applicants for the position of Executive Director of Camp Fatima and Camp Bernadette.

Located in the Lakes Region on Upper Suncook Lake, Camp Fatima is a 152-acre camp for boys, ages 5- 15, with a capacity of 300 campers. Camp Bernadette, a thirty-minute drive from Camp Fatima, is a 22.5-acre camp for girls, ages 5-15, located on Lake Wentworth with a capacity for 270 campers. Both camps adhere to and promote the teachings of the Catholic Church while welcoming campers of all faith traditions.

For seventy years, the mission of the camps has been to help form sound minds, souls, hearts and bodies in service to the Catholic Church. Instilling an appreciation and care for the dignity of each person and the beauty of God’s creation is woven throughout all camp activities: daily prayer, sports, challenge courses, free time, meals and special programs.
