Director of Information Technology
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

The Diocese of Manchester is seeking a full-time Director of Information Technology for our Diocesan Administration Building. This position is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all Information Technology (“IT”) functions for the Bishop of Manchester and the diocesan administration in all locations. This includes directing all IT operations to meet the needs of the Bishop and the diocesan administration as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions. Essential duties include, oversight, purchase, maintenance, installation, and support of all IT-related technologies including hardware, software, network, data, telephone, and applications for the diocesan administration facilities, including the Administration Building, Trudel House, and Archives. Oversight, coordination, and establishment of relationships with outside contractors who provide IT assistance. Additional responsibilities as listed in the job description. Requirements for the position are a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience within Information Technology, demonstrated organizational ability, skills, and desire for collaboration, together with ability to take initiative and work independently and an ability to solve technology problems quickly and cost effectively.

Assistant Controller
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

The Diocese of Manchester is seeking a full-time Assistant Controller for our Finance Office. This position works closely with our Controller on financial, banking, trusts, investments, and the oversight of finance office functions. The Assistant Controller performs a variety of accounting tasks including, but not limited to preparing journal entries and month-end adjustments; account reconciliations and preparing schedules and reports as needed; Supervises the finance office staff including A/P, A/R and Special Projects personal. Ideally the candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in Fund Accounting and Finance Management.

Requirements for this position include strong computer skills, proficiency in Database Management Programs and Microsoft Office Suites, a working knowledge of Blackbaud Financial Edge and Raiser’s Edge programs, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to perform clear account reconciliations. In this fast-paced environment, it is necessary to be able to prioritize, multi-task, work independently and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Full-Time Pastoral and Faith Formation Associate

St. Patrick Church, Milford, New Hampshire has an opening for a full-time Pastoral and Faith Formation Associate.

Reporting to the Pastor, The Pastoral and Faith Formation Associate will function as an integral member of the parish staff, sharing in the responsibility of the pastoral needs of the parish, administer the Family Faith Formation program, grades K-5 and 6-12 serving as a coordinator of catechesis and faith formation of children and parents, and participate in the decision-making, planning and implementation of parish ministries and operations. The position is more of a generalist than a specialist, working at the direction of the pastor in responding to the pastoral, educational, and administrative needs of the parish.

Maintenance Technician

The Diocese of Manchester is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for the Administration Building. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the general maintenance and cleaning of the Diocesan Administration Building, the Bishop’s residence and associated grounds. The ability to work independently and exercise considerable independent judgment are a must.

Requirements for this position include; general carpentry, painting, general plumbing and electrical, snow removal and yard maintenance. Also must demonstrate high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, safety and security.

Director of Parish Faith Formation
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

The Diocese of Manchester is currently seeking a Director of Parish Faith Formation. This position provides leadership and is responsible for the ongoing development and support of programs and services for Parish Faith Formation, Grades 1-12, including comprehensive youth ministry, Sacramental Formation for First Reconciliation and Penance, Confirmation and First Communion, and serves as resource person to the Catholic School office regarding the teaching of religion. This position takes the lead in providing formation and professional development for catechetical leaders, youth ministers and for all others who provide faith formation in parishes. Works in collaboration with the other Directors of the Secretariat as well as with the parishes and all other related diocesan agencies and institutions.

Engaged Couples Facilitator
Diocese of Manchester – Family Life Ministries

The Diocese of Manchester is seeking part time Facilitator Couples for our Diocesan Engaged Couple Courses, which may occur remotely or in-person. Facilitator Couples will: (a) be a part of a team of committed Catholic couples; (b) offer enriching presentations from personal experience living the Sacrament of Matrimony and Ascension Press’ Joy Filled Marriage program; (c) guide and support engaged couples through the marriage formation process. At this time, remote courses are offered for 5 consecutive Tuesdays or Thursdays (7-8:30pm); in-person courses may soon be offered, Friday evening (6-9pm) through Saturday (8am-5:30pm, including Mass). Training will be offered for these openings.
