Youth and Young Adult Event Coordinator
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

The Diocese of Manchester (DOM), NH is actively seeking a full time Youth and Young Adult Event Coordinator. The DOM consists of approximately 90 parishes, 25 elementary schools, including 3 high schools, and serves approximately 255,000 Catholics throughout the State of New Hampshire. Overall, this position supports diocesan Comprehensive Youth Ministry and Young Adult programming by providing diocesan-wide and regional gatherings for youth and young adults. Qualifications include a BA in pastoral ministry and Certification in Youth Ministry, or willingness to achieve certification within three years of hire. A minimum of Diocesan Basic Catechist Certification, three to five years of experience in parish youth ministry, college campus ministry, and familiarity with, understanding of and commitment to the components of the USCCB documents Renewing the Vision and Sons and Daughters of the Light.  Demonstrate a basic understanding, respect and support for Catholic Church teaching, mission and values, Ability to work as part of a team. Communications Coordinator, Digital Media

The Diocese of Manchester (DOM), NH is actively seeking a Communications Coordinator with a focus on Digital media. The DOM consists of approximately 90 parishes, 25 elementary schools, including 3 high schools, and serves approximately 255,000 Catholics throughout the State of New Hampshire.

Overall, this position is responsible for coordination and execution of the Diocese of Manchester’s email marketing and social media strategies, and for support for special projects undertaken by the Office of Communications. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field; or equivalent professional experience in a marketing or communications position, Working knowledge of social media analytics and Google analytics, Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Experience with creating content for a variety of social media platforms and desire to remain current with emerging technology. Executive Administrative Assistant – Finance
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

The Diocese of Manchester, central administration office is in need of a full-time (40 hours/week) Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Secretary of Temporalities. Primary responsibilities include preparing written correspondence including financial data and communication materials, responding to email and phone inquiries, calendar management and general office tasks.

The ideal candidate must be experienced (3-5 years), organized, able to multi-task and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office Suite required. Must have the ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with clergy, religious and laity, both within the Diocesan Administration and outside (parishes, schools, other institutions and general public) in a knowledgeable and tactful manner. Awareness of the Catholic Church ministry and mission is preferred.

Director of Faith Formation and Youth Ministry
St. Peter Parish, Auburn, NH

St. Peter Parish, Auburn is seeking a Director of Faith Formation and Youth Ministry. Under the Restored Order, this person will be responsible for the Family Faith Formation Program which is designed for all families with children in grades kindergarten through fifth grade. They will also be responsible for the parish’s Youth Ministry Program which includes Edge for grades six through eight and Life Teen for grades nine and beyond. In addition, this person will help to coordinate sacramental preparation for those in grades two, three, four, and eight through ten during the 2018-2019 school year. Included in their duties will be recruiting volunteers to assist with the Edge and Life Teen Youth Ministry programs.

Director of Parish & School Financial Services

The Diocese of Manchester (DOM), NH is actively seeking a Director of Parish & School Financial Services. he DOM consists of approximately 90 parishes, 25 elementary schools, including 3 high schools, and serves approximately 255,000 Catholics throughout the State of New Hampshire.

This is a Director level position with the primary responsibility to provide direction and assistance to parishes, schools, and parish/school related organizations with financial matters, including: budgeting, reporting, maintaining strong internal financial controls and compliance with State and Federal Laws and with the Diocesan Finance Manual, deposits and loans, and other matters related to parishes and schools. Qualifications include: Masters in Accounting or Certified Public Accountant Preferred; 10+ years of equivalent business experience; Strong computer skills and proficient knowledge in computerized accounting systems; Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all individuals in the Diocese. Part-time Director of Music
Immaculate Conception Church, Nashua, NH

Immaculate Conception Church in Nashua is currently accepting resumes for a Director of Music position.  The candidate for this position needs to be committed to the Catholic Church and have a working knowledge of the liturgical rites and practices. They must be able to play the pipe organ and piano, and work with volunteer choir members and musicians, parish staff and ministry leaders within the parish. The director will help plan the weekly music for all masses, rehearse and lead the adult choir and children’s choir, and schedule cantors and musicians for the weekend and holy day liturgies. The director will also be available to serve at funerals and weddings, holy days and special liturgies and sacraments as needed. Maintenance Worker
St. Anne – St. Augustin Parish,  Manchester, NH

St. Anne – St. Augustin Parish in Manchester NH is actively seeking an experienced maintenance worker for inside and outside work – 25 hours per week, 8 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday – Friday (1/2 hour lunch included). The applicant should have familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Also, they should be able to use a floor cleaning machine, lawnmower, and snow blower. Besides maintenance and grounds keeping, the position will include occasional cleaning in various buildings. Starting pay for this position is $13 per hour. Choir Director
Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, Rochester, NH

Our Lady of the Holy Rosary in Rochester, NH is currently accepting resumes for the position of Choir Director at our parish. We are looking for someone who possesses the skills and means to direct our Traditional music program, to direct the parish choir, and who is open to serving the parish community.

The requirements are as follows: Plays the organ or keyboard; can familiarize themselves with Catholic liturgical rites and practices; is open to working with a dedicated group of volunteer choir members and cantors; who can work with music ministers and ministries of the parish; can organize and plan weekly music for the parish; and can schedule cantors and musicians for the weekend and holy day liturgies. The director ordinarily leads the music and choir at the Saturday 4:00 p.m. Mass and Sunday 7:30 a.m. Mass, serves at weddings and funerals, and fills in when other music ministers are unavailable at the weekend liturgies.
