Campus Minister
Aquinas House—the Catholic Student Center at Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH

Aquinas House Inc. is seeking a full-time Campus Minister for Aquinas House—the Catholic Student Center at Dartmouth College.

The mission of the Aquinas House community is to promote an authentic encounter with the person of Jesus Christ through an adult expression of the Catholic faith. This expression of faith is lived through celebration of the liturgy and participation in the sacraments, regular service trips and retreats, faith discussion groups, and social events. The primary goal of this programming is to provide opportunities for students to grow in love of God and neighbor, empowering them to live their faith most fully both at college and upon graduation.

Aquinas House is looking for a dynamic practicing Catholic with a love for the Church and a desire to work with young adults. An ideal candidate would have the ability to work both independently and with others on multiple projects simultaneously, as well as possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills to relate to a diverse student body, and familiarity with pastoral counseling.

Bachelor’s degree required. Master in Theology or previous ministry experience also preferred.

Camps Bernadette & Fatima: Registrar / Human Resources Generalist

The Diocesan Camps office is seeking a Registrar/Human Resources Generalist. This position will work closely with the Executive Director and Business Manager as well as others in the Camps’ office to register campers and on-board summer staff. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of related work experience. Duties will include; registering, enrolling and managing all aspects of camper registration using CampBrain, managing waitlists, and working closely, effectively and joyfully with families to ensure a positive and safe camp experience.

Auditor/Field Advocate Coordinator
The Diocese of Manchester – Office of Canonical Services and Tribunal

The Tribunal Office at the Diocese of Manchester has a job opening for an Auditor/Field Advocate Coordinator. This judicial position is responsible for supporting the adjudication of ordinary contentious trials, including marriage invalidity cases in conjunction with the Judge, Promoter of Justice and Defender of the Bond. This position supports and strengthens the goals and objectives of the Office of Canonical Services & Tribunal Administration. This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology or relate field. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in parish ministry or Tribunal work, be proficient in the use of personal computers and other office equipment, possess strong interviewing and analytical skills and be able to communicate well both orally and in writing. Development Manager
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

The Development Manager will work with the Cabinet Secretary for Development and Communications to launch and manage a successful annual Catholic appeal as well as other fundraising efforts for the Diocese of Manchester.

Requirements for this position include: a bachelor’s degree in communications/marketing, English, business, technology, or a related field; 5+ years related experience. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the Catholic Church and Church fundraising mechanisms, and preferably will be a practicing Catholic. Experience with Raiser’s Edge is also highly desirable. Travel throughout the state of NH, when safe to do so, will be required. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.

Finance Office Accountant
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

The Finance Office Accountant will work with the Finance Office Team to perform a variety of accounting tasks including, but not limited to: preparing journal entries and month-end adjustments; reconciling accounts and preparing schedules and reports as needed; coordinating month-end and year-end close, performing monthly account closing functions; performing account reconciliations; preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; assisting with the preparation of the annual budget; maintaining accurate recordkeeping of investment accounts, unrestricted and restricted trust funds; preparing annual adjustments in accordance to UPMIFA; preparing monthly investment statements for participants; preparing vouchers for approved withdrawals and deposits; providing technical assistance to account holders as needed.

Requirements for this position include: a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience; experience and background in Fund Accounting and Financial Management with 3 to 5 years of experience performing various accounting functions including the preparation of financial statements; working knowledge of Blackbaud Financial Edge and Raiser’s Edge programs; knowledge and experience in finance office procedures (Accounts Payable and Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, etc.).

Part-Time High School Youth Minister
St. Mary and St. Michael Parish Communities

Newmarket and Exeter, NH

St. Mary and St. Michael Parish Community is a vibrant Catholic community in the New Hampshire seacoast dedicated to bringing people to Jesus and His Church. We are currently seeking a part-time High School Youth Minister to work with youth in the communities of Newmarket and Exeter, New Hampshire. This is a 25 hour per week position, with a significant amount of these hours on evenings and weekends.

The high school youth minister position is responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing all aspects of the high school religious education and ministry programs for the parish community. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Building relationships with high school youth and their families in the parish communities
  • Working with the Family Formation team on catechesis opportunities for high school students
  • Carrying out weekly youth ministry opportunities
  • Working collaboratively with other ministries in the parish
  • Working with the Young Life organization to bring Young Life Club and Bible Study to the high school community
  • Youth trips (March For Life, Service Trip, Steubenville East, Young Life Camp)

Previous experience in youth ministry and/or a related degree preferred.

Housekeeper - 20 hours per week, $14.00 per hour
St. Anne – St. Augustin Parish, Manchester

We are looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of housekeeper. This position is Monday through Thursday. The applicant must be organized and know how to perform the various aspects of “keeping house” such as washing, ironing, vacuuming & dusting, washing floors and windows among the assorted duties. This individual must also be physically able to walk up and down three flights of stairs. The job also includes special cleaning in the Church. Engaged Couples Facilitator
Diocese of Manchester – Family Life Ministries

The Diocese of Manchester is seeking part time Facilitator Couples for our Diocesan Engaged Couple Courses, which may occur remotely or in-person. Facilitator Couples will: (a) be a part of a team of committed Catholic couples; (b) offer enriching presentations from personal experience living the Sacrament of Matrimony and Ascension Press’ Joy Filled Marriage program; (c) guide and support engaged couples through the marriage formation process. At this time, remote courses are offered for 5 consecutive Tuesdays or Thursdays (7-8:30pm); in-person courses may soon be offered, Friday evening (6-9pm) through Saturday (8am-5:30pm, including Mass). Training will be offered for these openings.

Diocesan Bookkeeper
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

The Diocese of Manchester (DOM), NH is actively seeking a part time (28 hrs per week) bookkeeper. This position’s main responsibility is to work with multiple parishes and schools to provide bookkeeping services

Some of the essential duties include: providing bookkeeping services, assisting pastors in complying with all Diocesan finance policies, teach and train Parish and school staff concerning Parish accounting Record weekly collections and other cash receipts, process payments to vendors, maintain vendor files, process and review expense reimbursements to Parish employees and prepare payroll. A Bachelor degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience preferred. Three to five years’ experience as a bookkeeper or accountant or equivalent experience desired. Experience in the use of QuickBooks, ConnectNow and other financial/payroll software desired. Please refer to the job description for full details of the position.
