Camps Bernadette & Fatima have an opening for a skilled professional to serve as its Sales, Marketing, & Development Director. We are seeking a faithful, proven sales professional who will advance our mission as a joyful, Catholic community by implementing strategies that increase camper retention and camper enrollment. This professional also creates productive marketing initiatives that assist the resident directors with staff recruitment, expand our reach into key communities, and develop robust, sustainable relationships with families, alumnae, and donors. The sales, marketing, and development director should be hard working, a proven motivator, have strong relationship and communication skills, and a desire to advance our Catholic mission in which campers and staff grow in faith, confidence, and friendship. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director in many areas including development. This person will be in a highly visible, external role, be an excellent communicator, possess solid presentation skills and be able to achieve assigned goals in retention, recruitment, and fundraising. The role supervises the communications discipline.

Facilities Tech/Carpenter
Camps Fatima and Bernadette, Lakes Region

Camps Fatima and Bernadette, the Catholic Camps of NH located in the Lakes Region, have an immediate opening for a Facilities Tech with a minimum of 2-3 years of carpentry and general maintenance experience. This full-time hourly position reports to the Facilities Director, and offers a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 403b, paid holidays, sick, personal and vacation days. Part-Time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

The office administrator/bookkeeper will provide secretarial and bookkeeping services for the parish, maintain accurate parish records, answer phone calls, handle correspondence and communication, and perform routine office tasks. Part-time Coordinator of Faith Formation
St. Lawrence Church, Goffstown

St. Lawrence Parish in Goffstown is seeking a Part-Time Coordinator of Faith Formation. This person will be responsible for running the online "Christ in Us" Sacrament program by Sadlier. Responsibilities include:

  • Administer the K-5 Faith Formation and Sacramental preparation programs (First Reconciliation in Grade 2, Confirmation and Holy Eucharist in Grade 3)
  • Lead or facilitate a monthly educational session with K-5 participants
  • Lead or facilitate a monthly all-ages gathering to include a video presentation
  • Work with families to provide alternative arrangements for those who do not fit into the traditional religious education framework
  • RCIA and various administrative tasks will also be assigned as necessary.
  • Manage Safe Environment program
  • Perform other duties as assigned

The position will involve between 20-25 hours per week. Candidates will need to be available on some nights and weekends. Salary commensurate with experience.

Part-time Executive Secretary/Administrative Assistant

  • Answering Office phones
  • Coordinating Baptisms, Weddings and Funerals. Updating Sacramental records accordingly
  • Creating certificates
  • Creating the weekly parish bulletin with Publisher or similar software
  • Maintaining Parishioner database
  • Record physical & online donations and miscellaneous other data entry tasks

Campus Minister

Aquinas House Inc. is seeking a full-time Campus Minister for Aquinas House—the Catholic Student Center at Dartmouth College.

The mission of the Aquinas House community is to promote an authentic encounter with the person of Jesus Christ through an adult expression of the Catholic faith. This expression of faith is lived through celebration of the liturgy and participation in the sacraments, regular service trips and retreats, faith discussion groups, and social events. Aquinas House is looking for a dynamic practicing Catholic with a love for the Church and a desire to work with young adults. An ideal candidate would have the ability to work both independently and with others on multiple projects simultaneously, as well as possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills to relate to a diverse student body, and familiarity with pastoral counseling.

Bachelor’s degree required. Master in Theology or previous ministry experience also preferred.

This judicial position is responsible for supporting the adjudication of ordinary contentious trials, including marriage invalidity cases in conjunction with the Judge, Promoter of Justice and Defender of the Bond. Part-Time High School Youth Minister
St. Mary and St. Michael Parish Communities

Newmarket and Exeter, NH

St. Mary and St. Michael Parish Community is a vibrant Catholic community in the New Hampshire seacoast dedicated to bringing people to Jesus and His Church. We are currently seeking a part-time High School Youth Minister to work with youth in the communities of Newmarket and Exeter, New Hampshire. This is a 25 hour per week position, with a significant amount of these hours on evenings and weekends.

The high school youth minister position is responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing all aspects of the high school religious education and ministry programs for the parish community. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Building relationships with high school youth and their families in the parish communities
  • Working with the Family Formation team on catechesis opportunities for high school students
  • Carrying out weekly youth ministry opportunities
  • Working collaboratively with other ministries in the parish
  • Working with the Young Life organization to bring Young Life Club and Bible Study to the high school community
  • Youth trips (March For Life, Service Trip, Steubenville East, Young Life Camp)

Previous experience in youth ministry and/or a related degree preferred.

Housekeeper - 20 hours per week, $14.00 per hour
St. Anne – St. Augustin Parish, Manchester

We are looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of housekeeper. This position is Monday through Thursday. The applicant must be organized and know how to perform the various aspects of “keeping house” such as washing, ironing, vacuuming & dusting, washing floors and windows among the assorted duties. This individual must also be physically able to walk up and down three flights of stairs. The job also includes special cleaning in the Church. Engaged Couples Facilitator
Diocese of Manchester – Family Life Ministries

The Diocese of Manchester is seeking part time Facilitator Couples for our Diocesan Engaged Couple Courses, which may occur remotely or in-person. Facilitator Couples will: (a) be a part of a team of committed Catholic couples; (b) offer enriching presentations from personal experience living the Sacrament of Matrimony and Ascension Press’ Joy Filled Marriage program; (c) guide and support engaged couples through the marriage formation process. At this time, remote courses are offered for 5 consecutive Tuesdays or Thursdays (7-8:30pm); in-person courses may soon be offered, Friday evening (6-9pm) through Saturday (8am-5:30pm, including Mass). Training will be offered for these openings.

Diocesan Bookkeeper
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

The Diocese of Manchester (DOM), NH is actively seeking a part time (28 hrs per week) bookkeeper. This position’s main responsibility is to work with multiple parishes and schools to provide bookkeeping services

Some of the essential duties include: providing bookkeeping services, assisting pastors in complying with all Diocesan finance policies, teach and train Parish and school staff concerning Parish accounting Record weekly collections and other cash receipts, process payments to vendors, maintain vendor files, process and review expense reimbursements to Parish employees and prepare payroll. A Bachelor degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience preferred. Three to five years’ experience as a bookkeeper or accountant or equivalent experience desired.
