Safe Environment Site Reviewer
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

This is a part-time position reporting to the Bishop’s Delegate for Safe Environment, under the Office of the Chancellor.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Schedule visits to assigned parish, school, and camp sites throughout the state of New Hampshire,
  • Travel to the Diocesan Administration Building in Manchester and to assigned parishes/schools,
  • Interview parish/school personnel,
  • Review of safe environment files and document results in spreadsheets,
  • Identify missing and/or inaccurate information,
  • Prepare detailed written reports,
  • Prepare related documents,
  • Conduct follow-up visits when necessary,
  • Training will be provided.
  • Travel will be reimbursed at the current IRS rate.

Executive Assistant/Accounting Specialist

This position is the executive assistant to the Finance Officer & Secretary for Temporalities for approximately 15 hours per week. The position provides accounting support to the Controller the other 25 hours per week. This support position provides executive secretarial, consultative, record, correspondence, and reception services to encourage, promote, support, and strengthen the goals and objectives of the Office of Finance and Secretariat for Temporalities.

Nurse
Camp Fatima, Gilmanton, NH or Camp Bernadette, Wolfeboro, NH

The Camps are looking for NH licensed RNs or LPNs who have a willingness to accept and promote the mission and rules of camp.

Your responsibilities as a nurse will include, but is not limited to the following:

  • Working as a team of 3 or 4 nurses responsible for handling all medical matters at Camp Fatima
  • Checking in campers on upon arrival every session
  • Maintaining daily health logs
  • Dispensing medication at meals and bedtime
  • Caring for sick campers in the infirmary
  • Determining if a camper needs to be sent to a doctor
  • Handling medical calls and emails from parents
  • Reside at camp through contracted sessions*
  • Willingness to rotate “on call” responsibilities with other nurses

The Diocese of Manchester is seeking a PT Development Director for Camps Bernadette & Fatima. The Development Director must be mission-driven, organized, and proactive in order to strengthen and expand the camps’ philanthropic efforts. The Development Director will lead fundraising initiatives, coordinate potential campaigns, and develop materials and programs to promote planned giving, including legacy gifts, IRA contributions, and other long-term opportunities that will sustain the camps’ Catholic mission for generations to come.

Maintenance Position Opportunity
St. Anne-St. Augustin Parish, Manchester, NH

St. Anne-St. Augustin Parish in Manchester is seeking an experienced maintenance worker for inside and outside work – 20 hours per week. The applicant should have familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Also, they should be able to operate a floor cleaning machine, lawnmower, and snow blower. Occasionally there will be special cleaning needed in various buildings.
