Internal Auditor

The Diocese of Manchester is seeking a full-time Internal Auditor who will plan and perform on-site reviews of parishes, schools, missions and institutions in the Diocese of Manchester. The incumbent will review accounting and financial management, internal controls, compliance with laws and regulations, and perform analytical reviews of financial statements. Organist/Pianist Position
Parish of the Resurrection, Nashua, NH

The Parish of the Resurrection in Nashua, NH, is seeking a part-time organist/pianist to play at the weekly 4:00 p.m. Saturday Mass and some Vigil Masses for Holy Days. Faith Formation Coordinator
St. Anne-St. Augustin Parish, Manchester NH

St. Anne-St. Augustin Parish in Manchester NH is actively seeking a full time Faith Formation Coordinator to lead the program for a multicultural parish community. This person must have strong bilingual Spanish/English proficiency. Our community consists of four language groups with Hispanics being the largest group. The Coordinator of Faith Formation has the overall responsibility for the parish catechetical formation of children, youth and adults. This individual works collaboratively with the Pastor, staff and volunteers to support the spiritual formation of the parish community as a whole. This position is 40 hours with nights and weekends once the school year begins.

Qualifications:

  • A practicing Catholic.
  • A college degree is required with a degree in theology preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Access is a plus.

Duties:

  • Responsible for the Faith Formation program for First grade through High School
  • Implementation of the RCIC and RCIA programs
  • Sacramental Preparation

Rectory Housekeeper
St. Anne - St. Augustin Parish, Manchester, NH

St. Anne – St. Augustin Parish in Manchester are looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of Rectory housekeeper. This position is 30 hours per week; Monday through Thursday. The applicant needs to know how to perform various aspects of “keeping house” such as washing & ironing, vacuuming & dusting, and washing floors and windows, among other assorted duties. This individual must also be physically able to walk up and down three flights of stairs. The job also includes special cleaning in the Church. Engaged Couple Weekend
Regional Part-Time Presenters & Hospitality Coordinators
Diocese of Manchester, Manchester, NH

The Office of Family Life Ministries and Respect Life seeks to offer Engaged Couple Weekends in support of parish efforts to form engaged couples for marriage in the Diocese of Manchester. These weekends will provide rich and engaging experiences for couples based on the Joy-Filled Marriage program.

Presenters will play a key role by effectively sharing the material of the Joy-Filled Marriage program interspersed with brief, relevant anecdotes from their own lives, and will provide a supportive, encouraging atmosphere for participants throughout the weekend. Presenters will work closely with the Director of Family Life Ministries to coordinate, schedule, organize and facilitate the weekends. Ideal candidates for these positions are couples, married at least 5 years. Couples should have a good understanding of the Catholic Church and its mission, deep faith and personal commitment to the life and teachings of the Church - particularly its vision of marriage and family life - and should be able to speak compellingly about how God is ever-at work in their lives. It is also desired that couples have excellent communication and public speaking skills.

The role of the Hospitality Coordinator will be to manage all aspects of hospitality and be responsible for the smooth, consistent operation of the weekends by providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for engaged couples. The ideal candidate for this position should have knowledge of the Catholic Church and its teachings. Previous event planning experience is preferred. This position will work with the Director of Family Life Ministries, presenting couples and the Executive Assistant for the Secretariat for Catholic Formation to coordinate logistics for the weekends. Responsibilities will also include but are not limited to; décor, ordering food, supplying hospitality materials (plates, utensils, napkins, etc.), set up before and clean up after events.
