Take an “Awed Walk”
Need a little inspiration? Global Catholic Climate Movement suggests that the next time you take a walk outside, note things that spark a sense of wonder or awe. Use your senses and notice tree colors or leaves underfoot softened by rain. “Awed” walks can be a healing experience, and increase one’s sense of joy, compassion and gratitude – as well as a strong sense of the presence of God in all the works of his Creation
