Recognizing Excellence Gala
The successes of our Catholic schools and their students would not be possible without the selfless support of our committed educators, administrators, clergy, and lay partners in the community. This year, the Recognizing Excellence Awards Gala will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026, 6:00 – 9:00 at the Doubletree in Manchester.

St. John Baptiste de la Salle Teacher of the Year Nominations
Criteria for Nominees
- Has at least 1 full year teaching in a NH Catholic school
- Teacher can be employed part time or full time.
- Must not have won the St. John Baptiste de la Salle Teacher of the Year within the last three years
Criteria for Nominator
- No family relation to nominee
- Must be part of the current school community/active participant of the school community
- Tell nominator that upon notification, the nominee can decline further consideration
- No anonymous nominations
- Cannot nominate yourself

Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Award Nominations
Named for the great pioneer and leader in American Catholic education, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, this award recognizes a non-teaching staff member (school leader, Director, Pastor or Chaplain, Assistant Director, etc.) that shares in the same pioneering spirit. The recipient of this award will be an exemplary model of leadership through vision, action, or both. The recipient of this award is well-respected by his or her peers and demonstrates the virtues necessary for outstanding leadership, forging connections within and beyond the school community, galvanizing support, and making a lasting impact on the community they serve. The recipient leads with the head and the heart, with joy, vision, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

- Has at least 1 full year working in a NH Catholic school
- Employee can be part time or full time
- Must not have won the same award within the last three years

Saint Joseph the Worker of the Year Award Nominations
The Saint Joseph the Worker Award is presented to a non-teaching member of the school community (staff, administrative assistant, or, volunteer, etc.) who demonstrates the Christian values of faith, humility, and outreach to the marginalized in their lives. Saint Joseph’s quiet strength is a model for humility, and just as St Joseph is a Pillar of Families, the recipient of this award is a pillar of the school community. The recipient of this award is a humble servant, not seeking accolades and instead has his or her heart focused on the mission of the school. Nominees may be volunteers, donors, non-teaching staff members, chaplains, pastors, or administrators.
