Welcome! Thank you for volunteering to work with minors in the Diocese of Manchester.

The Diocese of Manchester is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all children and youth. Below you will find everything you need to qualify for volunteer service with minors at a parish or school in the diocese. All items listed below should be completed BEFORE you begin your work with minors. If you have any questions, contact your school or parish office.

New Hampshire Background Check - All volunteers must complete this form.

Massachusetts Background Check - Complete if you live in or have lived in Massachusetts during the past 5 years.

Choicepoint Background Check  - Complete if you live in or have lived in any other states (other than New Hampshire or Massachusetts) during the past 5 years.
