St. Gianna's Place Received $2,500 BCAF Grant

St. Gianna’s Place, Inc. Received $2,500 to Help Pregnant Women and Children in Crisis

Four women who felt called to provide a loving, safe environment for pregnant women in crisis founded St. Gianna’s in 2017. They establish a safe harbor for pregnant women who do not have financial means or emotional support to raise their children. While living at St. Gianna’s Place, residents have access to medical and mental health care and offered educational, job and life skills training.

Their ultimate goal is to end homelessness and provide a safe, nurturing environment for pregnant women who find themselves homeless and unable to support themselves and their baby.

A Bishop’s Charitable Assistance Fund $2,500 grant was provided to help with operational expenses to run the home.
