Established in 1971, Carroll County Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (CCRSVP) was created to engage persons 55 and older in volunteer service to meet the critical community needs. CCRSVP enhances the community by matching their volunteer’s experiences, talents and interests to meaningful service.

All of the services are provided at “no cost” to the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and veterans throughout Carroll County.

A Bishop’s Charitable Assistance Fund $5,000 grant was provided to their fiscal agent, North Conway Community Center. This grant will help CCRSVP with their operating expenses including staff salary support, training costs, volunteer recruitment and recognition costs, volunteer mileage reimbursement, and supplementary insurance for volunteers.
