Grant to Help Those Suffering from Substance Abuse Disorder

Keystone Hall is an integral part of The Partnership for Successful Living (PSL). The PSL is comprised of four nonprofits – Harbor Homes, Southern NH HIV/AIDS Task Force, Healthy at Home, and Keystone Hall. The PSL addresses the multi-faceted needs of mutual clients through coordinated health care and social services programs. This model aims to give clients seamless access to a broad array of housing, healthcare and supportive services. The Partnership for Successful Living is a recognized leader in integrated health care and social service, and serves over 7,000 New Hampshire residents annually.

Through a range of both inpatient and outpatient services, Keystone Hall is working hard to combat the current opioid crisis in NH. Intravenous drug users, as well as pregnant and parenting women, receive priority admission. Keystone Hall provides comprehensive substance use treatment and recovery services to individuals and families, in a supportive environment, while providing a strategic framework for substance use prevention in New Hampshire. Keystone Hall is the only comprehensive residential substance misuse treatment program in Greater Nashua able to serve individuals with both substance misuse and mental health disorders. It is also one of only two programs in the state offering high-intensity residential treatment services to pregnant and parenting women where they can cohabitate with their children.

In addition to treatment, Keystone provides basic needs such as food, transportation, clothing, and other essentials to its residents. Clients also receive primary medical care through a partnership with Harbor Homes’ Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center. Treatment is never denied based on inability to pay.

A BCAF grant of $2,000 was provided to support Keystone Hall, a member of The Partnership for Successful Living.
