Greater Seacoast Community Health was created in January 2018 through the merger of two community health centers, Families First Health & Support Center and Goodwin Community Health. They have four locations in New Hampshire: Portsmouth, Seabrook, Somersworth and Rochester. This past year, their Prenatal Program has served over 450 women. Their goal is for women to get access to prenatal care as soon as they know they are expecting. Data has shown early care supports healthy development and weight of the baby. A BCAF grant of $4,000 was provided to their Prenatal Program so women with risk factors will deliver healthy babies.
