Alumni/Event Coordinator

Alumni Relations

Special Events

IT Position

We leverage technology extensively for our students, teachers, and administrative staff and have a network of over 170 workstations. We are seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Technician to provide direct technical assistance to our team.

This position will work closely with multiple faculty as well as with the rest of the IT department, provided by Mainstay Technologies (www.mstech.com). This job will gain significant experience and has the chance to learn from a leading IT team, assisting on projects and server administration. This is a junior level IT job with room for both technical and salary growth after the first year.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding quickly whenever an issue arises – downtime in the classroom is very painful!

  • Maintaining computers, fixing issues, and keeping them clean

On-Call Bus Driver

SALARY: Based on experience

STATUS: On-Call/Substitute

BASIC FUNCTIONS: Under general supervision, operates a large or mini-school bus for a private Catholic high school over a designated route to transport secondary school students.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Drive a large or mini-bus over designated routes in accordance with time schedules, picking up and discharging school children.
  2. Transports students and teachers on field trips to various locations, choosing the best route and making departure and arrival time as scheduled.
  3. Inspects bus prior to operation and for safety purposes.
  4. Keeps bus clean and reports mechanical defects.
  5. Maintains order among students on bus.
  6. Follows established School policies and regulations regarding on-bus behavior.
  7. Maintains daily records on assigned route and bus operation.
  8. Performs other related duties as required.
