Villa Augustina School, located in Goffstown, New Hampshire is an independent Catholic school. Accredited by NEASC, we serve students in Preschool through Grade 8. Currently, 130 students are enrolled at the Villa.

We are now accepting applications for the position of Advancement Director. Only qualified applicants, with successful experience in donor cultivation, especially within the State of New Hampshire, need apply. A proven track record with donor cultivation at the individual and corporate levels is required. Work with Charitable Trusts, Charitable Gift Annuities and Discretionary Trusts is also required. This individual will report to the Principal as well as to the Villa’s Board of Directors. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the Annual Appeal, Capital Campaign, Planned and Deferred Giving, and Alumni Relations.

A degree in communications, business, marketing, or public relations is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Development Data Bases is also required. Occasional travel may be required as well as a flexible schedule which will require organization of and attendance and participation at school functions during evening and weekend hours.
