Brian Kissinger is the guest speaker for the event and the Extreme East band will provide music for Adoration—the sacrament of Reconciliation will be offered as well. Guests are invited to join us for refreshments and fellowship following the event.

Join youth from the Nashua area to partake in the "Big Day of Serving". We will be transforming and revitalizing an entire neighborhood in one day. Nashua's "French Hill" neighborhood has been chosen as a location site for our Big Day of Serving and amazing things are going to happen. Imagine 500+ youth gathered at Greeley Park in the morning then heading out to serve and help rejuvenate an entire neighborhood!

How does one connect liturgy to life, and life to liturgy? This dynamic workshop will explore the sacramental threads of ritual, symbol, and liturgical prayer, and offers parish leaders creative and innovative ways in which to weave the sacramental life of the Church into the very fabric of our parish communities. Participants will be given the opportunity to interact in small group discussions.

About the Presenter
Dr. Mary Amore is the Executive Director of Mayslake Ministries, based in Lombard, IL. Mayslake Ministries is sanctioned by the Archdiocese of Chicago, and the Dioceses of Joliet and Rockford, IL. Dr. Amore holds a Doctor of Ministry Degree in Liturgy and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies from Catholic Theological Union. Dr. Amore is the author of Primary Symbols of Worship and the Call to Participation, as well as numerous articles in the area of liturgical spirituality. In her professional ministry, Mary is a highly sought-after presenter of missions, retreats and workshops in the Diocese of Joliet and the Archdiocese of Chicago. She is a Cardinal Bernardin Scholar and a distinguished member of the North American Academy of Liturgy. Formerly, she served as full-time Director of Liturgy and Adult Faith Formation for St. Mary of Gostyn Parish in Downers Grove for fourteen years. Mary resides in Downers Grove with her husband, and they are parents of two young adults.
